Payment policy: For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon receipt. Once your order is confirmed, I will send over payment options. Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

Refunds: I can offer refunds up to 7 days before the agreed-upon pick-up date. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as I have already purchased anything special needed for your order. But the good news - you get the cookies! While I want you to love your order, if we are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten items within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will determine if credit may be issued for a future order.

Pick-up dates and times: Pick-up dates and times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have bulk pick-up dates and times to accommodate most schedules so make sure you put that order pick-up date on your calendar.

Change cutoff: Decisions are tough! But, I’m here to help. Order changes can be made up until 2 weeks prior to the agreed-upon pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.

In a hurry?: While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 4 days will require an additional “Miracle Fee” of $25.

Price adjustments: All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by the cost of ingredients. I’m always trying to provide the best-tasting products to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing.

Pictures are worth a thousand words: But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size.

Design variations: Although I will make every attempt to provide an exact design and match colors, shapes, and other elements, custom desserts are works of art. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, but I will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also, please be aware that exposure to light can cause colors to change. Jenna Bakes does not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting.

It’s all yours now: Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way!), what happens to your cookies, cupcakes, and car doors is all on you. Keep ‘em safe and make sure you’ve looked at my FAQ for storage tips.

Allergies: Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a referral for you.

Cottage food laws: This order has been made in a home kitchen. My kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluen-free.

In sickness and in health: While death never do us part, you are consuming food and with the consumption of anything, there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit hopefully far-reaching.

Weather clause: If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be individually packaged for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered due to weather, but, I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible.

Bulk order: Due to the custom work required for each dessert, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I will do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.

Pay means yay!: Once you have submitted payment for your order, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because you’re awesome and my desserts are awesome.
