How do i place an order?

How much notice is needed for orders?

Orders should be placed a minimum of 3 weeks before your event is needed. 4-6 weeks is preferred, providing there is availability. I recommend at least one month's notice to ensure you get your desired date. This allows me to order any special items I may need to make your order perfect. Trust me, it is in your favor to book sooner than later! It is important to note that the holiday seasons will fill up quickly. Even if you do not have all of the details, count, etc. ironed out, fill out a form and I will get you on my calendar.


What happens if i need my cookies asap?

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best efforts. Orders placed with a turnaround time of fewer than 4 days will require an additional “Miracle Fee” of $25. “Miracle Fee” as in, I can work a miracle to get these cookies done in time for you. Since I work a full-time job and create cookies, I charge this fee to keep my sanity (also for my time) while I’m up in the middle of the night working on cookies.


What If I need to make changes to my order?

Decisions are tough! But, I’m here to help. Order changes can be made until 2 weeks before your event date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.


How much do your cookies cost?

Cookies are custom designed and decorated. These cookies are curated just for you! Cookies start at $48 per dozen / $4 per cookie. Pricing is dependent on design, number of designs, number of colors needed, shapes needed, and any added details such as metallics or character design.

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient cost. I will always try to provide the best tasting and looking cookies to my customers but this also means I’m not able to honor old pricing.


how will my treats be packaged?

Cookies are placed all together (very carefully) in a bakery box. If you would like your cookies to be individually packaged, this is available at an additional cost of $4 per 2 dozen cookies.


How can i store my cookies and how long will my cookies stay fresh?

You’ve picked up your cookies - now what? Once cookies have been picked up what happens to your cookies is on you.

If your event is that day or the next, the countertop is the perfect place to store them. Please, please, do not refrigerate them. Refrigerators cause condensation and condensation is not a cookie’s best friend.

If you are picking up your cookies more than 2 days before your event, I recommend asking for individual packaging. This is available at an additional cost of $4 per 2 dozen cookies.

Cookies also FREEZE very well and can stay fresh and yummy for a few months. When freezing cookies, place cookies in a freezer-safe plasticware and place them in the freezer. On the night before your event, or when you’re planning to chow down, take them out and set them on the counter (while still in the freezer-safe container). It is very important to keep the cookies in the container they were frozen in until they are completely thawed. Overnight is recommended. Taking them out too early can cause condensation (again, not BFFs with cookies) and will ruin the cookies.


What flavors are your cookies?

My go-to cookie flavor is a vanilla cream cheese sugar cookie topped with vanilla-almond royal icing.

Seasonal flavors may be occasionally available.


Oh no, what if I’m allergic?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. If you’d like to discuss your specific allergy, please let me know when placing an order.


Do you ship?

I am a home-based baker and I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law. The Texas Cottage Food Law does not permit me to ship.


Do you deliver?

Orders are for pick-up only. Delivery can be an option If my schedule permits, delivery is available within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Additional charges will apply.


When can I pick up my cookies?

Pick-up times and dates are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have multiple pick-up dates to accommodate schedules so make sure you put that cookie pick-up in your calendar! If you need to change your pick-up date or time, changes will be accepted up until 2 weeks before your event date.


What is your Payment policy?

For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon receipt. Once your order is confirmed, I will send over payment options. Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, or cash.


Is there a refund policy?

If you would no longer like to place the order, you must cancel two weeks prior to your pick-up date. I turn away other orders when I secure your date, and will often purchase special cookie cutters, stencils, sprinkles, etc. to make your vision come to life. While I understand things can come up or not go as planned, please understand that I am a small, home-based business, one-lady show, and really try to do right by my customers.


Do you do bUlk orders?

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution to fit your budget.
